Frequently Asked Questions

1] How can I place an order?     You may place an order via email or by calling us.   2] What are the payment options available?     For customers in India, we accept payments by Cheque or Demand Draft payable at Pune or a Wire Transfer (NEFT / RTGS) to our account. We do not accept     personal cheques for payment. For International customers, we accept payments only via Wire Transfer. All Bank charges shall be borne by the customer. At     present, we do not offer options of Credit or Debit card payments. 3] When will my order ship?     Delivery lead-time required shall be specified along with the quotation. Shipment shall be done only after receipt of payment in full for the said order.  4] How can i track my order once shipped?     You will be sent a confirmation email once the order ships. The email shall also contain the shipment tracking number along with name of the Logistics provider.     You may visit the website or contact the respective logistics provider to track your shipment.  5] What shipping methods are available?     For shipments within India, we use reputed logistics providers like First Flight Couriers, DTDC Courier or Blue Dart. Alternatively customer can arrange for a     pick-up from our warehouse by a logistics provider of his choice. For International shipments either buyer shall arrange for a pick-up from our warehouse by a     logistics provider of his choice or we can deliver the goods to the nearest export shipping location (F.O.B).     6] Can i cancel an order?     In the rare event that a buyer wishes to cancel his order, it can be done within 48 hours of placing the order. Goods once sold or shipped shall not be taken back. 7] Is there a minimum order or handling fee?     No, there is no minimum order or handling fees for our standard products. However exceptions may apply in certain situations, for e.g. customized products.     Customers shall be duly informed in this regard while issuing a quote.  8] Do you ship to a P.O box address?     No, we do not ship to a Post Office Box address. 9] Do i need a VAT or other Tax ID registration number to make a purchase?     It is mandatory to provide us with your VAT / Tax ID Registration number along with your complete postal address and telephone number. 10] Do you provide Transit Insurance for your shipments?       No. We do not provide Transit Insurance for the shipments. Our responsibility ceases once the goods are handed over to the Logistics provider. Optionally the      buyer can directly contact the respective Logistics provider and request for Transit Insurance. 11] What is the Warranty offered on your products?       Our products are warranted for 18 months from date of purchase, for any manufacturing defects only. Please see our Warranty & Usage Policy for details.  12] Can i order a free evaluation sample?       No, we do not give free evaluation sample support. However you may order a single piece for your evaluation.
